Where is the meeting?
The meeting will be held at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson, Nevada.

When do I need to arrive?
Sales Managers
Plan on arriving to the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25th.

General Attendees
Plan on arriving to the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26th.

Please plan on leaving the meeting after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 28th.

How do I get there?
There will be bus service from the Las Vegas Airport to the Loews Hotel on Tuesday, Feb 26, from noon to 5 pm. Please look for the NSM signs at the bottom of the escalator in the baggage area. We will then escort you to the pick-up area. If you arrive on a different day or time, please use taxi service.

How can I change my reservation to arrive
early or extend my stay at the Loews?
Rooms at market rates may be available. Please contact the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort directly at 1-877-285-6397 for early arrivals or to extend your stay.
