Plan on arriving on Wednesday, November 12th. The program will start that evening @ 7:00 p.m. at the hotel. If you can, try to arrive in time to enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunset @ 5:30.

Airport Transfer: Transportation will be provided to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor international airport. We will have a greeter in the baggage area. Please look for a sign that says Microsoft at your flight's designated baggage claim area.
Driving: for those driving parking will be provided onsite.
